Refund and Returns Policy

RETURNS/REFUNDS

We have a 30-day return/refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your purchase to request a return/refund.

For digital refunds/ tickets sales:
To be eligible for a ticket/digital refund, you must show proof of purchase and request a refund at least 24 hours before the event/activity takes place. 3.5% of the amount paid will be deducted from any refunds due to bank charges.

From time to time special circumstances may arise where ticket holders cannot attend an event for extenuating circumstances. We will review such circumstances on a case-by-case basis. This, however, does not guarantee a refund.

All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.

For physical goods:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

We allow the exchange of certain goods and ticket purchases with credit at Al Thuraya Astronomy Center. The amount requested for a refund will be transferred as credit which can be used to avail services and courses at the center.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received the notification of your refund request and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 – 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
